John is a software engineer who has over 8 years experience planning, managing and implementing performance testing in mainframe, client server and e-business environments.

John is an HP Certified Instructor (CI) and Certified Product Consultant (CPC) in LoadRunner and Quality Center. Other qualifications include the ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from RMIT University in Melbourne.

John can answer any questions related to the planning, management and implementation of performance testing.
